IRATZÚ is a project management system for artists, creative industries, and Latin American businesses in one web app. You create work profiles (a band, a venue, a label, or another role) and inside each you run projects, operations, events, and tasks without jumping between loose sheets and lost chats.
Schedule meetings and rehearsals, and keep budgets on track. The initial beta will be limited to 100 users in Costa Rica.

MERCAT is an online marketplace focused on the canton of Santo Domingo de Heredia. It aims to connect producers, merchants, and service providers with people in the canton so the platform is an orderly channel for buying and selling and supports a more local, circular economy: less reliance on distant chains and more exchange between neighbors.
It is designed first for mobile (PWA): you can list, search, and close deals by chat without depending on Facebook groups or social algorithms. The experience is built around conversational commerce: clear messages, no third-party ad feed or banners, in the sense that Mercat does not sell ad space or inject others’ promos into your searches.
Location uses the canton as the frame (geo verification), and you control how much you show of where you are: by neighborhood, approximate, or more precise, depending on product settings.

IRIS is an open-source development agent, a fork of OpenCode, that helps you write code for free with OpenCode Zen, or by connecting your own API keys from major LLMs when you want full control over models and billing.
IRIS extends OpenCode with agent teams: a lead plus teammates, shared tasks, and coordination across sessions so complex work lasts far longer than a typical single-session cap; think more than 20 minutes of focused agent time in one run, without an abrupt cut at the first timeout. It includes the same MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem you expect from OpenCode, so your tools and context stay composable.
Beyond upstream behavior, IRIS ships fixes for pain points that showed up in recent OpenCode releases, for example:
- SSE read timeouts during long writes and large contexts.
- Runs that never finished after tools completed.
- Higher memory use from unbounded diffs and huge files (early omissions and size limits).
- SQLite growth in long sessions (scheduled cleanup and trimmed bash output).
- Truncated output on Windows (more frequent console polling).
- Fault-tolerant tool state so interrupted sessions do not leave orphaned tool calls in a bad state.
