Services

01

Custom software development

The tool your business needs, built from requirements to deployment. You own the code and IP.

02

MVP scoping and development

Validate your idea with a production-quality minimum product in 6 to 12 weeks, designed to scale when users show up.

03

AI-augmented development

We build with AI agents inside a structured, security-reviewed process. Enterprise discipline at AI speed.

04

Vibe-coded app rescue and hardening

Your AI-built prototype works but won't survive real users. We audit, harden, and make it production-grade.

05

Security audits and compliance

OWASP-aligned reviews, penetration testing, access control analysis, and a fix-priority report you can act on.

06

Software rescue and technical assessment

A codebase someone else built and left behind. We assess risk, stabilize, and hand you a roadmap.

07

System architecture and scalability

Your app works at current load. We design the architecture that handles 10x without a rewrite.

08

Technology migration

Legacy systems, framework upgrades, cloud moves. Planned cutover with validation, not a blind lift-and-shift.

09

Process and testing automation

CI/CD pipelines, automated test suites, and deployment flows that catch problems before users do.

10

UX/UI enhancement and redesign

Interfaces that convert, comply with WCAG, and load fast. Design grounded in real user behavior.

11

SEO and performance optimization

Core Web Vitals engineering, technical SEO, structured data, and page speed work that shows in rankings.

12

Smart contract development and auditing

Solidity on EVM chains, token standards, and security reviews that combine automated tools with manual analysis.

Frequently asked questions

Most projects in 2026 range from $15,000 for a focused MVP to $250,000+ for complex platforms. The real number depends on scope, integrations, and compliance requirements. We scope with a discovery phase so you get a realistic budget before committing to a full build.

A production-quality MVP typically ships in 6 to 12 weeks. Mid-complexity apps take 3 to 9 months. Enterprise platforms with integrations and compliance can run 9 to 18 months. The biggest timeline risk is unclear requirements. Discovery cuts 20 to 30 percent off total timeline by resolving ambiguity before code starts.

Every project starts with discovery: requirements, architecture decisions, and a realistic estimate. From there, we work in two-week sprints with working software at the end of each one. You see progress, give feedback, and course-correct while the cost of change is still low.

AI tools can produce a working prototype in hours. But 45 percent of AI-generated code fails basic security tests, and technical debt accumulates fast. Our approach uses AI agents inside a security-reviewed, test-driven process. You get AI speed with the discipline that keeps production software reliable.

Security is built into the process, not bolted on after launch. We align with OWASP Top 10, review access control patterns, and run penetration testing when the risk profile calls for it. If you need compliance documentation for SOC 2, GDPR, or HIPAA readiness, we scope that into the engagement.

Scope changes happen. We use a change-order process: new requirements get scoped, estimated, and prioritized against the existing backlog before work begins. You always know the cost and timeline impact before saying yes. A 15 to 20 percent contingency buffer is standard practice.

Yes. Software rescue is one of our core services. We start with a technical assessment covering code quality, security posture, and architecture risk, then deliver a prioritized roadmap. From there, we either stabilize what exists or recommend a targeted rebuild of the parts that won't hold.

Hiring in-house takes 35 to 90 days and costs $110K to $190K per year in salary alone before benefits and tooling. We bring a senior-led team that ships from week one, scales to the project, and does not need your HR pipeline. Best fit when you need execution now, not headcount.

We work from Costa Rica (Central Time, UTC−6), which lines up well with much of the Americas and can overlap with European mornings. We serve clients worldwide and schedule live collaboration across time zones. If you need a call outside typical windows, tell us and we will find a time that works.

You own everything we build. Code, designs, documentation, and deployment artifacts are yours from day one. We do not hold source code hostage or charge access fees after the engagement ends.
